We glaze, fit and quality-check prescription lenses in our own UK optical lab. Frames and lens materials can be sourced from different suppliers, so we don't claim that every component is manufactured in the UK.
Yes. Standard 1.5 single-vision prescription lenses are included with complete prescription glasses. You can choose other lens types and upgrades during the ordering process; any additional cost is shown before you pay.
Yes. Our reglazing service lets you send your existing frames to us so we can fit new prescription lenses, subject to the suitability of your frames.
When ordering, you can choose to send your prescription later. We'll need your prescription details before your made-to-order lenses can be prepared.
Standard single-vision glasses can take up to 14 working days in production; bifocal, varifocal and certain specialist lenses can take up to 21 working days. Express production is available for eligible orders. See our shipping policy for the latest details. Royal Mail delivery takes place after production.
