- Lenses will come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with coatings, under normal use conditions.
Condition:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Prescription lenses are custom-made and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in the prescription.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Custom or personalised items (excluding prescription lenses, which can be returned for manufacturing defects).
3. Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
