We currently offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

For orders involving complex prescription lenses, additional time may be required for prescription verification and lens customisation. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for these orders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery option selected and will be displayed at checkout. The cost includes packaging and handling fees.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve any delays and keep you informed of the status.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Royal Specs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery, especially high-value items. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting the package from a local depot.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but you may return the items in accordance with our Returns Policy.
