To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty plan for our frames and lenses. Our warranty plan covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring that you receive the best possible value and protection for your purchase
Warranty Coverage
Frames:
Standard Warranty:
For an additional fee, customers can purchase a standard warranty, which comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in frames, lenses and workmanship under normal use conditions. (£20)
Extended Warranty:
For an additional fee, customers can purchase an extended warranty that covers frames for two years from the date of purchase. This extended warranty provides the same coverage as the standard warranty but for an extended period. (£40)
Lenses:
Standard Warranty:
Lenses will come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with coatings, under normal use conditions.
Extended Warranty:
Lenses will come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This extended warranty provides the same coverage as the standard warranty but for an extended period.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Coverage Details:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use, such as:
- Frame breakage due to manufacturing defects
- Lens coating defects, such as peeling or cracking.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Improper care or cleaning.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on lenses or frames.
- Loss or theft of eyewear.
Claim Process:
- To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect or issue.
- Claims can be initiated by contacting our customer service team via email or phone.
- If the claim is approved, Royal Specs will repair or replace the defective item at no cost to the customer.
Replacement Policy:
- If a frame or lens is replaced under warranty, the replacement item will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Limitations:
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the eyewear.
- The warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from Royal Specs.

To maximise the lifespan and performance of your eyewear, we recommend following these care tips:
